Barnaby reminds us to keep learning, and to always believe in yourself. With his tiny wings and big imagination, there’s no telling what Barnaby will show us next.
About Tina
Tina Mitchell writes gentle, heartwarming children’s stories about friendship, learning, and growing through life’s little moments. She spent most of her life in Utah and Idaho, where she built a life centered around God, family, connection, creativity, and imagination.
A mother of four and married for over 23 years, Tina draws much of her inspiration from the everyday joys and challenges of parenting. She has always been a lover of books and owns far more than she can count, with a special fondness for children’s stories, especially those filled with charming, cartoon-style babies.
A true child at heart, Tina brings a sense of playfulness and warmth into everything she creates. When she isn’t writing, she enjoys painting, crafting, and working with her hands. She is also a skilled polymer clay sculptor and miniaturist, and spent many years running her small creative business, Tinytina Creations.
Through her stories, Tina hopes to spark imagination, create those quiet “aww” moments of connection, and remind children that mistakes are part of learning and that trying again is what matters most.
